Lee Spiegelman is the Managing Director of Split Rock Group LLC, LLC. Where he is involved in all facets of deal management, origination and business development activities. Mr. Spiegelman has been involved in the real estate and financial services industry for most of his career. He has worked with such firms such as Alexander & Alexander and Salomon Smith Barney. Mr. Spiegelman is known for his creativity and thorough knowledge of real estate and global financial markets. On a personal level Lee is someone with a straightforward business approach that gets excellent results.

In addition to his background in financial services and investment banking, Mr. Spiegelman has significant experience in real estate finance, development, leasing and management. Since prior to college Lee has worked alongside his father, who has been a real estate developer for over 40 years. In joint ventures with various partnerships they have been involved in the development, construction and renovation of numerous commercial and residential projects in the New York Metropolitan Area. These projects involved such national corporations such as Pepsi Cola, Cablevision, Conair and Home Depot.

Mr. Spiegelman graduated from American University with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate; he also received his MBA from St. John’s University in International Finance & Economics.
